Jacqui Briggs' passive acts as a opening for other characters to deal damage to the enemy, putting her in somewhat a support role as she can't juggle effectively. Her passive can complement with talents such as "Boar Stance" which gives her stun a chance to reduce the entire enemy team's toughness for extra damage taken and "Precision" which increases the chance of activating her combo ender. Furthermore, her stun can work well with Kano/Klassic for his 100% crit chance vs stunned and equipment like Scorpion's Shirai Ryu Kunai for the damage bonus vs stunned.
