Strategy[]
While Stunt Double Johnny Cage may have lower stats than other Gold characters, he makes up for this by having a reliable passive. On tag-in, Johnny Cage will summon a stunt double that does an unblockable stun attack to the current opponent, rendering them unable to act and vulnerable for a short amount of time. This can be made more deadly with the "Boar Stance" talent, which will have a chance to apply Shield Break on stun, allowing Johnny Cage to deal more damage, even more so with the "Opportunist" talent which will increase the damage taken for stunned enemies. He can be countered by certain talents such as "Defender's Bulwark" which has a chance for the stunned victim to reflect damage and "Red Dragon Training" which increases the resistance to both stun and power drain, reducing the threat of Stunt Double Johnny Cage and turning his passive against him.

- Sonya Blade/Kombat Cup: Sonya and her Kombat Cup teammates are immune to stun. Sonya can also disable his ability to tag.
