Koins are an in-game currency used for buying all the bronze and silver characters, as well as certain gold characters, such as Raiden/Thunder God. Koins are also used to buy a few packs, Upgrades, support cards, and buy through Challenge Mode. Players can obtain koins buy completing battles, selling any extra card, Faction War rewards, daily objectives, and are in certain booster packs. The Koin looks like a golden coin with the Mortal Kombat emblem on it.
