The Kold War Diamond Pack is a pack that is introduced in Update 2.0. It is priced at 400 Souls and it gives out 2 random cards including upgrades and support cards, 3 level up cards and either a Gold Challenge Character or one of the three Diamond Kold War Characters.
And updated version of the pack including Skarlet was introduced in Update 3.0. The old version of the pack is still in rotation.
