MK 11 TEAM (1)

The MK11 Team is one of the several pre-set teams that exist throughout Mortal Kombat Mobile. This team contains 10 characters eligible for the team buffs:

Individual Passives[]

Scorpion[]

Scorpion's team passive gives MK11 teammates a 25% chance for lethal blows on basic attacks, significantly increasing his teammate's damage output. His personal passive allows him to apply fire to 1-3 opponents at the beginning of the match and when he tags in. The fire stacks, making it very dangerous.

Sub-Zero[]

Sub-Zero has one of the most useful team passives among the MK11 characters. His passive allows him to save an MK11 teammate from dying, instead placing an ice clone that will explode and deal damage to the opponent. His personal passive applies frostbite to the opponent every 8-12 seconds, draining their health and making them slower. While his teammate is frostbitten, Sub-Zero has a chance of applying freeze with one of his combo enders.

Skarlet[]

Skarlet's passive allows her to activate a Rain of Blood for a period of time after defeating an opponent, making it crucial that Skarlet defeats an opponent quickly in order for her and her MK11 teammates to benefit. During Rain of Blood, Skarlet gains a damage boost and MK11 teammates apply bleed on combo enders and gain vampirism. Therefore, if you are playing Skarlet on an MK11 team, make sure she gets the first kill to secure the buffs.

Raiden[]

Raiden's passive is that MK11 teammates are immune to power drain. Although this may seem simple, it is extremely beneficial, countering many power-draining opponents such as Kenshi or Johnny Cage. Raiden also has a chance to stun the opponent on combo enders, and disables the opponent's combo enders on his 3rd combo ender.

Kabal[]

Kabal's passive is extremely useful to the team. On tag-in, Kabal will stun the opponent. Whenever an MK11 teammate is stunned, Kabal will attempt to remove the stun from his teammate and apply stun to the opponent. This is very powerful against opponents that mainly rely on their stun powers, such as Liu Kang/Circle of Shadow, any Scorpion, or other Kabals. Also, when an MK11 teammate is defeated, he will tag-in and perform his Fatal Blow, free of charge. However, this will only work if the opponent does not block his tag-in stun.

Jade[]

Jade's passive for MK11 teammates is that they are healed by all DOTs. This is very useful against all poison enemies, such as D'Vorah or Reptile, fire enemies, such as Liu Kang or Scorpion, and bleed enemies, such as Skarlet, as most of their damage comes from their DOTs.

Noob Saibot[]

Noob Saibot's Death Mark, which lasts 20 seconds, on Special Attacks prevents resurrection and can stack up to three times for a total of 30% damage increase dealt to the opponent. He summons a shadow on Special Attack 2. MK11 Sub-Zero can save one out of three clones available in one match, while still retaining his ability to save a character. He also increases Critical and Lethal hit damage for Netherrealm teammates.

Shang Tsung[]

Shang Tsung can morph into one of his three opponents on tag-in, which can allow him to use all of their Special Attacks. He has is own Fatal Blow if he is not morphed, but uses the X-Ray/Fatal Blow of his morphed opponent if he is morphed. Shang Tsung also has passive power generation even if he is tagged out that slowly recovers power up to two bars. His Special Attack 2 has Vampirism. MK11 teammates heal up to 35% of their maximum health on knockout of an opponent.

Rain[]

Rain gives MK11 Characters and Raiden characters 400% additional recovery. Rain can also start the match with 1 Bar of Power and along with Rain/Klassic can apply Soaked via specials. In this case, it is the special that he starts with. Rain’s Soaked Debuff slows down opponents and allows them to take insane lightning damage while they are Soaked, via Raiden or Liu Kang/Fire God. If he has the maxed out King Jerrod’s Spear, Rain will also start with 1.5 more Bars of Power and deal Lightning damage on basic attacks, making it an amazing equipment for him. Rain can also be incredibly tanky with his Brutality Set Pieces from the Edenian Tower (Divine Argus Cloak and Divine Tornadic Pauldron) to give him extra health boost to add on top of his recovery.

Nightwolf[]

Nightwolf heavily relies on the use of 1 of his 3 Spirit Animals at the start of every match.

  • Kiba The Wolf gives Nightwolf Shield Break on Special 1, as well as 20% Basic damage boost for every successful special attack. MK11 teammates are given 10-30% damage boost.
  • Komo The Bear gives Nightwolf Cripple on Special 1, as well as 20% Chance to reflect basic and Special 1 damage back to the opponent. MK11 teammates are given 20-40% Max Health boost.
  • Hana The Eagle gives Nightwolf Power Drain on Special 1 and reduces opposing power generation by 30%. MK11 teammates are given 10-20% Power Generation boost.

Sindel[]

Sindel gives MK11 and Netherrealm teammates Unblockable chance and Stun resistance. This Edenian Queen can be a useful asset to help these teammates deal some damage, as she applies Weaken for every combo ender and Special 2 and applies Shield Break for every special attack used against her.

Fujin[]

Fujin gives MK11 and Elder God teammates a chance to Dispel on special attacks. Fujin's Hurricane from his combo ender increases the count of lightning attacks, making him a good teammate for Raiden, Rain and Nightwolf characters. Fujin's Special Attack 2 is also Unblockable and has a very easy mini-game.

Team Combinations[]

Any team with Raiden and Jade[]

These teams are very powerful due to the fact that they are immune to all the common debuffs (Power Drain and DOTs).

Scorpion/Skarlet/Kabal[]

This team is the best team for high damage output. Scorpion allows the team to have a 25% lethal blow chance, and that combined with Skarlet's damage boost during Rain of Blood makes the entire team a damage machine. Also, if Scorpion or Skarlet is knocked out, Kabal will get a free Fatal Blow, which severely damages the opponent, if not knocking them out instantly.

Sub-Zero/Jade/Skarlet[]

This team is the best team for high survivability. Sub-Zero can save both of his teammates from dying once. Jade can also evade attacks and provide DOT immune to her and her teammates, and Skarlet can provide vampirism to her teammates during Rain of Blood.

Scorpion and Noob Saibot[]

MK11 Scorpion, as a Netherrealm character, benefits from Noob's increase to his Lethal and Critical hit damage as he provides up to 25% chance for Lethal Hits on basic attack for Noob and himself as well. MK11 Jade or MK11 Kabal do not benefit directly from Noob's passive, but when Scorpion provides Lethal chance on basic attacks, they too can utilize Noob's passive as Netherrealm characters.

Skarlet and Shang Tsung[]

Skarlet and Shang Tsung both provide healing to their team, allowing them massive survivability. With Skarlet as a main character, she can trigger Blood Rain and a third character may tag in and heal if needed. Jade may provide further healing against DOT teams, as the MK11 team heals from DOT when she is in the team. Shang Tsung passively generates power until he is at Special Attack 2, eliminating the requirement for him to tag in and gain power or have recovery boost. Instead, he can simply tag in and use his own Vampirism Special Attack 2 to heal, or kill the opponent with one of their own Special Attacks after morphing and heal from killing the opponent.
