The Outworld Queens Pack is a pack introduced in Update 2.1.2. It is basically a Gold Pack that has a chance of dropping the Outworld Queens: Kitana/Mournful, D'Vorah/Venomous and Mileena/Klassic. It doesn't appear in a while, so always save souls for these limited packs.
