- Outworld Characters: Reptile gives all Outworld Characters a 30% Health boost.

- Characters who use Regen such as Mileena/Vampiress, Kitana/Day of the Dead, Jason Voorhees/Unstoppable, Mileena/Klassic, Mileena/Ravenous & Scorpion/Strike Force: Reptile's poisons will render their healing from specials and Passives completely useless.

- Jade/MK11 & Raiden/Dark: Both characters can heal from Reptile's Poisons, with Jade spreading this healing to her MK11 teammates.
- D'Vorah/Prime, D'Vorah/Swarm Queen, Reptile/Klassic & Liu Kang/Klassic: All of these characters are immune to Nimble Reptile's Poisons, with Klassic Reptile spreading this immunity to Outworld teammates and Liu Kang turning the poison into critical hit chance boost.
