The Krypt is a dungeon crawling mode, available to players at level 25 and above. It introduces a dynamic, randomly generated dungeon map with multiple floors that challenge players' skills with every run.
The Krypt map is obscured by fog, gradually revealing itself as players continue exploring. The goal is to find the exit to the next floor while also doing their best to get the most Hearts that one could get.
The game mode features three difficulty levels: Normal, Hard, or Elder. The difficulty selected determines the challenge and, consequently, the amount of Hearts. Players are granted two free entries daily, with additional entries requiring Krypt Keys. These keys can be obtained through various means, including the in-game store, The Krypt itself, or special events like the Kombat Pass.
After finishing a run, if the player were to defeat the final floor boss, they will be rewarded with all of the Hearts accumulated in the run. If the player lost or escaped, only a fraction of the Hearts obtained will be rewarded.
Mechanics[]
While exploring The Krypt, the players may encounter Tombstones which could be shattered to obtain Hearts. Using these Hearts, the player can exchange them for various items in the Krypt Store.
The player could also find chests that when opened, gives the player Krypt Konsumables that can assist the player in their runs.
Strategies[]
The game mode itself functions similarly to Survivor Mode in Faction Wars, where the characters' health are kept in subsequent battles, thus regeneration moves and or health bonus equipments are highly recommended.
